Lackawanna County Commissioners Honor Rep. Ed Staback On His Retirement

Lackawanna County Commissioner Jim Wansacz, left, presents a proclamation to Ed Staback in recognition of his retirement as a State Representative in the 115th Legislative District. Mr. Staback served 14 terms in the House and was a member of the Gaming Oversight, Finance, Judiciary, Consumer Affairs, Appropriations and Rules Committees. A Sturges resident, he received numerous honors for his legislative work, civic involvement, and commitment to the people of both his district and Lackawanna County.
