Lock Haven, Clinton County- Clinton County Commissioners are seeking bids to help build their new
 9-1-1 Emergency Services Center.
The county acquired the old Flemington Elementary School building a year ago and  will be transforming the former school into the new 9-1-1 center.
The  upgrades are estimated to cost 2-point4-million dollars.
The board has been looking to move into a new building for more than 10 years.
"We actually have folks that have worked her for 25 going on 30 years to be honest with you never thought in their career here they would see a new facility for 911 and emergency management in Clinton county but low and behold here we are and we are well on our way." said Kevin Fanning, Director of Clinton County Emergency Services
If all goes according to plan they are hoping to be up and running by the end year.
