Update: Rosetti Sentenced (Noon Live) Updated Information

Update:  Eric Deabill reporting Fred Rosetti sentenced to 33 months.   .Rosetti fined $30,000 ($15,000 for each count he plead guilty to)  He will also have to serve two years supervised release when he gets out of jail.

Scranton, Lackawanna County- A former educator from Lackawanna County is facing a judge  and will soon learn how long he will spend behind bars.
    Fred Rosetti, the former director of the Northeastern Educational Intermediate Unit, was convicted on theft and fraud charges
       Rosetti walked into the Federal Courthouse in Scranton Tuesday Morning to learn his sentence
    He admits misusing N-E-I-U money and staff for his own benefit.
    Last month -- a judge rejected his plea deal which called for 12 to 18 months behind bars.
