Leadership Pocono Class of 2012-2013 Completes 5th Session

Stroudsburg, Monroe County-The Leadership Pocono Class of 2013 held its  class session on Wednesday, February 20th at The Inn at Pocono Manor. The session was on Moral Leadership, Ethical Behaviors and Organizational Values.
    Dr. Angelo Senese, ESU, Glen Segond, Family Treatment Associates, and Dr. Edward Onwusu-Ansah, ESU were the speakers. Topics covered were; Moral Dilemmas in Leadership, Ethics and Conflict Resolution, and the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People.
   Progress reports were given by the 3 teams to Mentors and Members of the Board on their Community Class Projects. Class members also met with their Mentors one on one.

The class expectations were met. A few quotes from the class on the day: "I find the

sessions have helped me in both my professional & personal life. Glen Segond's TKI exercise

makes me see what areas I am strong in and the areas where I can focus & improve."-Marylouise
