Lakeland Teacher in Court (noon update)

Scranton, Lackawanna County-  A teacher in the Lakeland School District has turned himself into police on charges  he had sexual contact with a student.  Matthew Stevens was in court this morning.
Police say he is accused of having sexual contract with  student in the band room of Lakeland High School.  Stevens the band teacher at the school.  An attorney for the 31 year old  teacher denies the allegations.
