I-Team: Wilkes-Barre Police Officer Placed on Leave

Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County- An un-named Wilkes-Barre police officer is on paid leave as state police continue to investigate a complaint made..
     State police say a man filed a complaint claiming he was roughed up by an officer last weekend.
     City officials say they are cooperating, but will not comment -- saying it is a personnel matter
