Pocono Township, Monroe County-Supervisor Harold Werkheiser filed an injunction request in Monroe County Court.

He said supervisors Frank Hess and Henry Bengel conspired against him.

He was thrown out of his position as road master - so that supervisor Bengel could take the job at a higher salary, even though Bengel has no experience in that position.

Court documents show Bengel and Hess had secret meetings on their plan to get rid of Werkheiser  in violation of the sunshine law.

It's not clear when a judge will make a ruling.
