Snyder County Road Project Begins

By: Jayne Ann Bugda
Updated: February 4, 2013
A PennDOT maintenance crew in Snyder County will construct a safety improvement project along a section of Route 4006 (Stull Road) in West Beaver Township starting Feb. 19.
The work will cut back a portion of an embankment to improve sight distance and shoulder width between Conner Road and Hosler Road.
The road will be closed daily weekdays from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Traffic may use the detour route along Conner Road, Stage Road and Hosler Road.
The project is approximately 500 feet east of the Conner Road intersection.
All work under this safety project is expected to be completed on or about March 9.
