C. Patrick Smith Named CEO of Career Systems International

Scranton, Lackawanna County-C. Patrick Smith has been named Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Career Systems International (CSI), the employee engagement and career development company founded by Dr. Beverly Kaye with headquarters in Scranton, Pennsylvania.

Smith takes the reins of the internationally renowned company which has been operating for over 30 years and cultivated corporate clients from all over the world. They specialize in helping organizations worldwide maximize the strategic engagement, development and retention of key talent.

Smith has been on the Advisory Board of CSI since 2007, and joined the organization in 2011, serving most recently in the Co-CEO role with Dr. Beverly Kaye.

Kaye will continue in her critical roles as Thought Leader and Chair of the CSI Board.

Smith brings has over twenty-five years of experience in human resources. He has worked at McDonnell Douglas Corporation as Director of Global Leadership and Professional Development. He spent several years at Development Dimensions International (DDI) managing the firm's global learning and development business in over thirty countries. Since 2003, Smith has led the growth and expansion of several companies including Behavioral Science Technology (BST) and the David Allen Company, an organizational productivity and efficiency consulting company built around the best-seller Getting Things Done.

Smith holds a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership & Behavior from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from the University of Puget Sound.
