Accident Reconstruction Team Back on Scene of a Deadly Hit and Run

 Wilkes-Barre, Luzerne County- Police investigators are re-constructing the fatal hit-and-run accident scene where five-year-old Kevin Miller was struck and killed
    A reconstruction specialist is assisting police in taking measurements at the intersection of North Main and North Streets.
    As a result, there are a number of detours around Kings College.
    Kevin Miller died December 21st -- after he was hit while crossing the street with his father.
    On January 4th,  District Attorney Stefanie Salavantis identified Thomas Letteer as a person of interest in the case.
    To this day, no arrests have been made.
