Jerald Williams Lycoming Guard
"I was happy at first because I hear it all the time from my teammates. I don't read about it, but I hear it from my teammates and the fans at school."
Every assist is followed by a basket from a team mate. Guard Ihsaan Davis recently scored his one thousandth point on an assist from Williams.
Ihsaan Davis
Lycoming Guard says
"It takes hard work on his part to be the player he is and I am just lucky enough that he is able to find me on the court so I can give him some assists."
The team finished off calendar year 2012 with a ten game winning streak. Their point guard refuses to fold under the pressure of high expectations in 2013.
"I don't fold because my teammates and coaches have faith in me, I have confidence in myself to make the best decisions for for my team."
Guy Rancourt
Lycoming Head Coach says"He's just a great kid like I said. Off the court he does wonderful things, job opportunities already, on the court he just makes a coach's life a lot easier."
Winning games in Middle Atlantic Conference is anything but easy. But at Lycoming, as long as Jerald Williams is at the point of attack, the Warriors like their chances to make a run at the post season.
