This flu season is already gearing up to be a bad one. The number of flu cases began to rise much earlier than anticipated. A flu shot is your best defense against contracting and spreading the flu. There's still time to get your flu shot if you haven't been already vaccinated for the 2012-2013 flu season.
Hazleton General Home Care, a division of Hazleton General Hospital, is offering flu vaccinations. The cost of the vaccination is $29.00, however the cost may be covered by your health insurance plan. Please contact your health insurance carrier to see if it is a covered service. Patients must bring their health insurance card to their appointment if they would like to have the bill submitted to their health insurance company.
Please call Hazleton General Home Care at 501-4949 to schedule an appointment.
