Waste Removal Business Owner Arrested for Illegal Dumping

Honesdale, Wayne County -- The owner of Bunnell Waste Removal is charged with burning and burying waste throughout the area. 50 year old Joseph Bunnell of Honesdale was taken into custody today. He's accussed of taking thousands of dollars from his customers dating back to 2009 and not properly getting rid of their trash. Bunnell is released on bail and due back in court next week to face charges.
