One Man in Custody Following Early Morning Stabbing

Scranton, Lackawanna Couny -One man is in police custody and another in an area hospital after a early morning stabbing in Scranton.
     Police say 67 year-old Ronald Syp is facing assault charges after stabbing 47 year-old Michael Friffin in the face and head.
    It happened around three a.m. on Capouse Avenue above the Doghouse Saloon.
    Griffin was taken to a Scranton Hospital and is expected to recover.
