Arrest Made in Deadly Wilkes-Barre Hit and Run

Luzerne County- An arrest has been made in the fatal hit-and-run of Wilkes-Barre college student Rebecca McCallick.
   40-year-old Daniel Loughnane turned himself into police this morning.
 He has been charged with accidents involving death or personal injury, that is a  felony charge.
  The hit and run happened on  July 24th on Hazle Street in Wilkes-Barre.
Loughnane is free on bail,  He will have a hearing in two weeks.
