Shenandoah, Schuylkill County--    Jim Burke says he could not believe what he was seeing or smelling..raw sewage flowing freely on Locust Mountain in West Mahanoy Township. Burke said, "Where is it coming from and where is it going.? There is a nursing home on top of the mountain and the borough of Shenandoah is on the bottom of the mountain. The manager of the nursing home said she was unaware of the sewage.Officials from the State Department of Environmental Protection said they  received complaints in July about the sewage and determined it was a Township issue. Township officials say it was a problem that should be Handel by Shenandoah Borough and the sewer authority.Officials from Shenandoah did not return our calls for comment. The sewage continues to flow and the I-Team continues to look for answers.
