Contractor Charged in Lackawanna County

Lackawanna County- Paul Hrywnak of Spring Brook Township was arraigned this morning.
Detectives say he pocketed more than 30-thousand dollars from a man he was supposed to be helping.
Court papers say Hrywnak promised the victim a trailer as well as excavating work to be done at eagle lake in return for the money.
No work was ever done.
Hrywnak is expected back in court later this month.
