Security Video From Inside Luzerne County Bar Is Obtained By The I-Team

Nanticoke, Luzerne County-- Nanticoke Police Chief Bill Shultz insists that they have and are working to make an arrest in the vicious slashing of 31 year old Jennifer Mieczkowski inside the Prospect Street Cafe on New Years Eve 2012. Chief Shultz said they are looking for a black male and Hispanic female he believes may have carried out the slashing. The video shows Mieczkowski sitting by tghe bar when her friend is attacked. Mieczkowski is seen jumping into the fray. The video is very cloudy and unclear during the fight. Chief Shultz told Eyewitness News, It is not clear on this video what is taking place,We also are getting conflicting testimony from the people who were there at the time. We are obligated to make an arrest of the right person based on the evidence." He added, "The woman our victim says attacked he may not be the person of interest in reality.We want to hear from anyone who may have information about the attack."
