Lackawanna County Man Facing Assault Charges

Lackawanna County- A Lackawanna County man is accused of breaking into an apartment in Taylor and choking a woman who lives there.
Police say they picked up Carlos Caban on Colon Court around 1:30 this morning.
A woman who lives in the apartment says Caban choked her as she slept.
She says Caban dragged her from the bed and demanded 60-dollars in cash.
Somehow the woman pushed Caban out of the apartment, and police arrested him.
Several charges were filed including aggravated assault, robbery and burglary.
