Harrisburg, Dauphin County- Former Penn State President Graham Spanier was arraigned this morning in District Court near Harrisburg on charges he helped cover-up the crimes of Jerry Sandusky.
Spanier came to court this morning just after 9 this morning.
Investigators say he was part of a conspiracy involving complaints made against Jerry Sandusky.
He faces several charges including Endangering  the Welfare of Children,Obstruction  and Failure to Report Child Abuse.
Prosecutors say he and two former Penn State Administrators Gary Schultz and Tim Curley turned a blind eye to allegations made against Sandusky and that allowed Sandusky to prey on young boys for more than a decade.
Spanier's lawyer insists her client is innocent. We will have more later
