Met-ed customers at Saw Creek Estates in Bushkill are among the more than 27-hundred county-wide without electricity.
The blackout hit Monday -- and now six-days later, they're plenty frustrated.
"It's horrible because I'm a student, I have to study. I cannot study. I have to go the library and do my homework. I miss the power. I wish I could get the power back." said Cathiana Toussaint, Saw Creek Estates
"We've just got to keep our hopes up and, you know, stay in faith and the power will be on soon." added Lucka Jeanlouis of Saw Creek Estates
Met-ED customers hope to get their power back by mid-week.
Meanwhile, PPL is working to restore service to nearly 2-thousand of its Pike County Customers
