Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County-   Former Penn State Vice-President of Business Gary Schultz was the first to arrive at District Court near Harrisburg Friday afternoon with his lawyer.
He arrived 10 minutes prior to his arraignment. Schultz said nothing as he walked into court.
A short time later former Athletic Director Tim Curley arrived- brought by a friend.

He too had nothing to say. The two men are accused if covering up evidence and basically turning a blind eye to the crimes committed by now convicted child molester Jerry Sandusky.

They allegedly lied to a Grand Jury. They were first charged a year ago- three additional charges including Endangering the Welfare of Children were filed this week.

Lawyers for both men insist their clients are innocent
The judge has set bail at 50-thousand dollars for two former Penn State officials .

Former PSU Graham Spanier will be arraigned on his charges next week.
