Monroe County- A bill to require carbon monoxide detectors in all Pennsylvania homes did not make it into law.

The Pennsylvania Senate voted to pass the bill.
But the house of representatives did not.
Some are concerned it'll cost landlords too much money.
The bill could come up again in future legislative sessions.
Police believe carbon monoxide killed a Monroe county woman Thursday.
    Virginia  Brecheisen was 82.
Her neighbors say this is a wake up call for them about the dangers of carbon monoxide.
