Nearly 17-thousand of the "Trend Lab" upholstered chairs are being recalled.
The staples in the back can become loose, posing a choking hazard.
They come in "Club" and "Mod" style in a variety of fabrics and colors.
They were sold online and in stores from November 2007 to August 2012.

Remedy: Consumers should immediately take the chair away from children
and inspect the binding. Contact the firm for a repair kit with instructions.
