Scranton, Lackawanna County - Life in prison.

That is the sentence for an inmate who was convicted of killing a fellow inmate at the federal prison in Wayne County.

Allen Hurley was sentenced Friday afternoon at the federal courthouse in Scranton.

Hurley was found guilty of varying charges for the death of Joseph O'Kane.

Prosecutors say Hurley used a shank to stab O'Kane 92 times in 2010.

The deadly stabbing made national headlines because O'Kane testified for Mafia heir John "Junior" Gotti at his federal racketeering trial.
