Bellefonte, Center County- Convicted Sex Offender Jerry Sandusky is due back in court Tomorrow.

The former Penn State Football coach will be sentenced on 45 counts of child sex abuse.

Sandusky has spent the last three months in a jail cell, and has been busy writing a detailed document that he says will be the key to his appeal.

His attorney, Joe Amendola, says that while Sandusky admits he made some bad decisions,  but did not do what he was convicted of.

"What Jerry has always said he was guilty of using bad judgement and doing some of the things that lead up to the accusations getting showers with kids, should have realized that wasn't the thing to do but he still maintains his innocence " said Joe Amendola, Sandusky Attorney

The I-Team's Andy Mehalshick is in Bellefonte for the Sentencing.  Andy's reports will begin tonight on Eyewitness News.
