Bradford County-A Bradford county judge is deciding whether an accused double murderer is competent enough to go to trial.

Several psychologists testified in the competency hearing for John Desisti Tuesday and said he is not competent to stand trial.

They say he does not understand many of the charges against him, and cannot process new information.

He is accused of shooting, and killing his cousin Carol Keefe and her husband David over a land dispute in 2006.

    That hearing continues today.
