Recall: Kenmore dehumidifiers

By: Jayne Ann Bugda
Updated: August 8, 2012
This is from the Consumer Product Safety Commission:
The recall includes 35, 50, and 70 pint dehumidifiers with the Kenmore logo on the front top of the unit.
Affected products were manufactured between 2003 and 2005.
The U-S Consumer Product Safety Commission says if you own one of these... you should stop using it immediately.

It says the units were exclusively sold at Sears and Kmart stores.
The commission says people who own these dehumidifiers should contact Sears.

For additional information, contact the Recall Fulfillment Center toll-free at (855) 400-4641 between 8 a.m. and 7 p.m. CT Monday through Friday and between 8 a.m. and 2 p.m. CT Saturday, or visit http://www.Kenmoredehumidifierrecall.com
