Recall: Isuzu Amigo and Rodeo Sport S-U-Vs

Isuzu is recalling more than eleven thousand vehicles.
According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's website, the recall involves Amigo S-U-Vs from the 1998 to 2001 model years and Rodeo Sport S-U-Vs from the 2001 and 2002 model years.
Parts in the rear suspension can rust and break away from the frame, which can affect the vehicle's handling and possibly cause a crash.
Isuzu dealers will inspect and treat the suspensions or install a reinforcing bracket free of charge.
