Kingston Man Under Arrest on Burglary Charges

Kington, Luzerne County- Police have arrested a Kingston man in connection with burglary at Theo's Metro.
 
 Robert Burns was taken into custody this afternoon.

   According to police Burns broke into the restaurant over night.

  The owner reported money, two tvs and food missing.

  Police said on a surveillance video the suspect  who was wearing a mask can be seen looking in the cash register.

    Police papers say the suspect took off his mask in video and that's when police recognized him..
