UPDATE: Business Break-In Leads to Police Standoff

Williamsport, Lycoming County - A SWAT team along with state and CITY police ended a roughly three hour standoff in Williamsport late Saturday night.The incident started around 7:30 p.m. at a business in the 2800 block of South Reach Road.

Police say 27-year-old David Geiger of New Castle
broke into the business thus setting the stage for the standoff.

Authorities entered the building around 10:30 p.m. and took Geiger into custody and prepared to charge him with numerous felony counts.
