Newsmakers: Dealing wih Depression during the Holidays, Sunday, December 11

Dealing with Depression during the holidays is the focus of this Sunday's Newsmakers on WBRE TV.

   The monthly public affairs program is hosted by Senior Producer Jayne Ann Bugda and the I-Team's Andy Mehalshick.

   They will have as their guests, Dr. Tiffany Griffiths, Psy. D.,Marie Onukiavage, Executive Director NAMI-Scranton Chapter and Paul Radzavicz, Executive Director NAMI-Wilkes-Barre.  The panel will discuss the difference between depression and the holiday blues. They will also talk about the programs and services offered by NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness).

Dr. Griffiths will explain the effects of depression on individuals and its effect on families.

  Newsmakers will air this Sunday, December 11th at 5:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. on WBRE TV. Newsmakers will re-broadcast on WBRE TV on Sunday, December 18th at 5:30 a.m..  The program will air Saturday, December 17th at 6 a.m. on WYOU TV.
