BARONS LOSE FIFTH IN A ROW

THE SCRANTON/WILKES-BARRE RED BARONS LOST THEIR FIFTH STRAIGHT GAME MONDAY NIGHT, DROPPING A 4-3 DECISION TO THE PAWTUCKET PAW SOX AT LACKAWANNA COUNTY STADIUM. AN RBI SINGLE BY DAVE BERG OFF RELIEVER FRANKLIN PEREZ DROVE HOME THE GAME WINNING RUN IN THE TENTH, SENDING THE BARONS TO THEIR ELEVENTH LOSS IN 13 GAMES. THE TEAMS WILL PLAY AGAIN TUESDAY NIGHT AT 7:05 AT THE STADIUM.
