THE SCRANTON/WILKES-BARRE RED BARONS WON THEIR FIFTH STRAIGHT GAME TUESDAY NIGHT, SCORING AN 11-5 VICTORY OVER THE RICHMOND BRAVES. BUZZ HANAHAN HAD A BIG NIGHT, GOING FOUR FOR FIVE WITH A DOUBLE AND A TRIPLE, RAISING HIS BATTING AVERAGE TO .435. CHRIS COSTE HIT HIS SECOND HOMER OF THE SEASON FOR THE RED BARONS. VICENTE PADILLA PITCHED SIX INNINGS ON REHAB ASSIGNMENT FROM THE PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES, GIVING UP TWO EARNED RUNS ON SIX HITS, STRIKING OUT FOUR. PADILLA IS EXPECTED TO BE ACTIVATED IN TIME TO START FOR THE PHILLIES ON APRIL 20 VS. THE COLORADO ROCKIES. THE RED BARONS AND RICHMOND CONTINUE THEIR SERIES WEDNESDAY NIGHT AT 7:05 AT LACKAWANNA COUNTY STADIUM.
