Man Who Plowed Through Charity Ride Sentenced

(Thursday, May 18) The man who plowed his SUV into a charity motorcycle ride last July in Luzerne County, killing one man, will spend nine to 18 years behind bars. 23 year old Jeffrey Borrin admitted to being high on morphine when he caused the deadly crash that took the life of 41 year old Butch Delaney. Delaney`s wife, Linda, was critically hurt. She and other family members were at the sentencing Thursday. Borrin apologized to the family before he was sentenced. He must also serve five years probation when he`s released from prison.
