Road Rage Incident Leads to Firearms Charges

(Sunday, April 16) A Shavertown man faces charges tonight, after a road rage incident Saturday night in Luzerne County. Cops say Richard Blaine threatened someone with a gun around 9:00 PM on a street in Kingston. Investigators say Blaine took off in his car and at one point, threw the gun out the window. When he was caught, investigators found out the gun was reported stolen from a burglary in Dallas Township back in January. Blaine faces a slew of charges.
