Police Have a Lead in Williamsport Shooting

(Monday, April 3) Williamsport police have obtained a warrant for the man they say is responsible for a deadly shooting in the city last week. They are looking for 23-year-old Kyion Ball, who is also known as "Shark." They say ball shot and killed 19-year-old Michael Riley on a basketball court at Flanigan park last Monday. A juvenile was also injured in the shooting. He was treated at a hospital and released that day. Anyone with information about Ball is asked to call the Lycoming County Communications Center at 329-4066.
