Six Homes Destroyed By Fire

(Saturday, January 7) Fire and smoke filled the night sky Saturday night in Northumberland County. At least six home were destroyed when fire started in a home on Columbia Avenue in Atlas, Northumberland County. Investigators believe the fire started in one of the homes, then quickly spread. Right now, we don`t have any reports of injuries. Neighbors tell us, at one point, the flames were so strong, they saw the back-half of one of the houses collapse. After several hours, the fire was brought under control. Right now, the cause of Saturday night`s fire is not known.
