Monroe County Looking for New Homes for Cats and Dogs

The S-P-C-A in Monroe County is putting out an urgent call for help. There are many dogs and cats.. puppies and kittens.. in need of good homes right now.. Officials say the shelter`s been overcrowded for weeks.. getting on average.. 30 to 40 animals a day. The center.. which runs on donations.. only puts down dangerous animals.. or those with serious illnesses. If you would like to adopt.. stop by the S-P-C-A on Route 6-11 in East Stroudsburg.. or call 570-421-6761.
