A Monroe County man is in jail, accused of breaking into a home and attacking the man who lives there with a box cutter. 25 year-old Frank Tobia was arraigned on attempted homicide charges today. Detectives say Tobia broke into a Chestnuthill Township home, slashing Richard Stokes on his throat, chest, back and legs Thursday night. Police say the men know each other, but they don`t know what lead to the attack. Tobia was found hiding in a field, now he is now behind bars in lieu of $50,000 dollars bail.
