Updated: January 25, 2007
WBRE News is on your side, hosting a town meeting to get to the bottom of the crime problem in our area. "The Root of The Crime" is a joint project between WBRE, WYOU and our news alliance partners, The Scranton Times-Tribune and the Citizens` Voice. The public is invited to ask questions of our panel of local police chiefs and criminal justice experts. Neighborhood watch groups are especially encouraged to attend. Andy Mehalshick will co-host our town meeting next Thursday, May 18th at 7 p.m. in the auditorium at Brennan Hall, at the University of Scranton.
