Politz Back in Court

35 year old Jason Politz waived his right to a preliminary hearing in connection with a d-u-i charge.
It`s the third time he`s been charged with d-u-i.. since being released from prison.
A judge sentenced Politz to four years behind bars for the Hanover Township accident that killed Sharon Yanulevius in 19-95.
This time around.. police say Politz was drunk and going nearly twice the speed limit.. when he ran a red light.. and crossed the center line.
