Capt. William Parrish/Stroud Regional Police
"What we are doing is trying to put this all together. A lot of these incidences we handled by different officers until we realized there was a pattern and a serial b-b gunist was out there. We are putting all the businesses, there also a lot of patrons vehicles in parking lots that were hit with b-b`s, couple of residences, not too many. We are trying to put this together in one criminal case."
The damages range in the tens of thousands of dollars.
