Neighborhood crime watches work, in fact one is being credited with tipping off police about suspected drug dealers. Police pulled a surprise raid at a home on Academy Street in Wilkes-Barre today. 4-suspected drug dealers were charged. State Police say the raid came after neighbors complained about drug activity. One neighbor even applauded as the suspects were brought out. Detectives say they found 23-grams of crack cocaine, 100 packets of heroin and some cash. So far police have not released any names in the case.
