Selenski Returns To Luzerne County Prison 2/10/06

A change of address for accused double killer Hugo Selenski.
He`s back at the same prison he escaped from in 2003.
A judge ruled today Selenski should be transfered from the State Prison at Dallas back to the Luzerne County lockup in Wilkes-Barre.
Selenski`s lawyer argued it was too difficult to travel to the back mountain prison.
It was in October of 2003 Selenski tied bed sheets together and scaled down from the top floor of the prison, he was caught after a massive manhunt.
Selenski`s lawyer also made a motion to have the escape charges dropped.
No ruling on that so far.
Selenski is to stand trial on double murder charges on February 21st.
