Another Local Church Burglarized 1/11/06

Another local church has been burglarized, this one happened on Sunday.
Crooks hit the Bethel Hill United Methodist Church in Fairmont Township.
State Police say the burglar went through a basement door, rummaged through several rooms then left.
This is the tenth in a series of church burglaries in Luzerne and Lackawanna counties.
Police are investigating break-ins at the Hunlock Creek United Methodist Church, as well has churches in Kingston, Pittston, Nanticoke and Scranton.
Police ask anyone with information about these burglaries to call 9-1-1.
