Downtown Building Flooded

Take a look at what they walked into.. at the "P-C-N Bank" building.
A fire alarm alerted crews to the major water main problem.
It started somewhere on the ninth floor.. sometime over the week-end and inundated the building.
It will take at least a couple of days to pump out the water.
Until then -- "P-N-C" customers are urged to use the branch on Blackman Street.
