Son Testifies Against Mom In Murder Case 12/20/05

A family affair in Monroe County Court, as a teenager testifies against his mother who is accused of murdering her infant child`s father. 36 year-old Cheryl Ann Kunkle is accused of killing Benjamin Amato with a baseball bat in November 2001. Her 19-year old son, Gregory Rowe testified his mother confessed to the killing, then had him burn clothing to conceal evidence. Rowe is also in trouble with the law, he is accused of murdering his ex-girlfriend and their baby. Prosecutors say the murder was over a custody dispute over Amato and Kunkle`s infant son.
