Monroe County Woman Sentenced For Murder 12/12/05

A Monroe County woman is sentenced today for the murder of her brother-in-law. Judith Brown will spend to 10 to 20 years in prison for killing Joseph Bertilacco in his Stroud Township home in October 2003. A judge recently found Brown guilty, but mentally ill of third degree murder. In court, today Brown said she was sorry and humiliated by her actions.
