Convicted Sex Offender Gets Visitation Rights to See Son 11/29/05

The visitation rights concern the baby born to 31-year-old Melissa Wolfhawk who appeared in court last month, then gave birth October 18th. 53-year-old Daishin Wolfhawk, who was with his wife in court, received court approval, yesterday, to begin visiting his six-week old son. The condition is, he must be supervised by an armed guard. The child, now in the custody of Children and Youth Services, was removed from his mother because Daishin Wolfhawk is a convicted sex offender.
